Annual BCLT Privacy Law Forum Silicon Valley, WPF participant

WPF will be participating at the annual BCLT Privacy Law Forum, to be held this year 23 March 2018 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Palo Alto, California.

From the brochure….Topics will include:

  • the global diffusion (or not) of EU data protection principles;
  • new requirements for the explainability of algorithms; and
  • the possibility that antitrust principles can be used to address concerns around market power and privacy.
